Can I cancel?
Yes. All plans are monthly and you can cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for.
Do paid clinics rank higher in "best" lists?
No. Our "best", "fastest" and "cheapest" pages are editorial and based on public information. Paid placements appear in clearly labelled Featured and Sponsored positions.
What if someone else already holds my city?
Only one clinic can be City Partner per city. If it is taken, Featured and Growth still put you in the highlighted block, and we can tell you when the slot becomes available.
What do I need to be listed?
A CQC registration number (or the equivalent for your nation), a clinic email address and accurate pricing and waiting time information. We verify before publishing.
Do you guarantee patients or enquiries?
No. We guarantee your profile is visible. What you receive depends on search demand in your area and how your clinic compares. Growth and City Partner clinics see their numbers every month.
